How do I redeem my Ultimate Shades Gift Certificates
and Coupons?
1. Select the items you want to buy and go to
Checkout.
2. In the order form you will be asked for your gift certificate or
coupon code.
3.Click "Continue" and the amount of the coupon or gift
certificate will be deducted from your order.
Restrictions
Gift Certificates: Ultimate Shades Gift Certificates are not
redeemable for cash. Coupons or gift certificates cannot
be used to purchase Ultimate Shades Gift Certificates.

Ultimate Shades Gift Certificates can only be used for purchases
made at our Web site at http://www.ultimateshades.com. They are
valid at Ultimate Shades only.
2. Any unused portion of the Ultimate
Shades Gift Certificate will remain
available for future purchases under the same Ultimate Shades Gift
Certificate number. If your order exceeds the amount of your
Ultimate Shades Gift Certificate, you must pay the balance with a
credit card.
Coupons: Ultimate Shades Coupons are not redeemable
for cash or gift certificates. They are limited to one use
per customer and cannot be combined with any other
promotional offer. They also cannot be used toward
gift-wrapping charges. Coupon discounts will be applied
to the merchandise subtotal before taxes and any
applicable shipping or handling fees.
Ultimate Shades may restrict the use of coupons or other
discounts for certain types or amounts of products during
certain time periods or based on other factors
determined by Ultimate Shades. Each Ultimate Shades Coupon
is identified by a code and has different requirements
and rewards. Any such restrictions will be disclosed on
the coupon itself or on our Web site. All requirements
must be met to receive coupon rewards or discounts.
Recipient must reside in the United States, its territories,
Canada, or have an APO/FPO U.S. Military address.
If you wish to return an item that was purchased with a
coupon, you will be refunded only for the amount you
paid.
How do I place an
order for a gift-certificate?
1. Select the gift amount of your choice.
2. Select your gift certificate send option: Either my
email or by regular mail in the form of a gift-certificate card.
3. Enter a short message and email address of
recipient if applicable.
4. Enter the desired quantity and click on
add.
5. You can now view your shopping cart or check out.
That's it.
My gift certificate or coupon isn't working. What do
I do?
If you are unable to use the gift certificate or coupon or
you experience an error while using it, please e-mail us
at shades@ultimateshades.com or call us toll-free at 1-800-853-6242.
If you are calling from outside Canada or the
United States, please dial 201-244-1380. Be sure to
include the number of your gift certificate or coupon.
Why don't I see order buttons
for me to place an order or sunglass images when I use Internet Explorer.
Some
of our customers experience problems when viewing our interactive java-based
shopping cart buttons or java-based sunglass images using Internet
Explorer. You can download the latest patch from the Microsoft website at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
and click on Product Updates. Microsoft Windows Update tools will
then detect what critical patches you will need to download. Make sure you
select to update JAVA VM components.
Will
I be charged a shipping charge for the gift-certificate?
The
answer is of course no. Our shopping cart system is configured to know the
order is a gift-certificate order and won't charge you a shipping fee.
