Bolle Prescription Order Instructions

You can now get your Bolle sunglass or ski goggle purchase with prescription filled by our optician. We can fill prescriptions of virtually any strength for one low price. The prescription lens is fitted onto an Rx adapter that is then attached to your Bolle sunglass or ski goggle.

Follow these simple steps to place a Bolle sunglass order with prescription:

	In addition to making a Bolle sunglass or ski goggle purchase, just add the *Prescription Option* to your shopping cart located below the sunglass or ski goggle selection.
	Once the order has been placed fax your prescription or have your eye doctor fax your prescription to us at 201-313-0870.
	That's it. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on the strength of the prescription.
