Shipping and handling
charges starts at only $5.95 per order of up to 2 sunglasses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and
Puerto Rico are normally shipped
via US Postal Service ($5.95 plus
$2.00 handling fee)
unless customer requests for UPS or Airborne (which
adds a $2.00 handling fee to cost in table below). Depending on availability, some
sunglasses may take longer to ship. Please e-mail us or call us for additional

- Order by Mail - You may submit your order via US Mail. Simply
fill out the Mail-in Form, print the
response, include your payment method and sign the form. Mail it to us and once we receive
your form, we will process your order! With the Mail form, you may pay with a check, money

Your complete satisfaction is important to us! We inspect each product
thoroughly before shipping to insure your order is free from damage or
defect. If your product is damaged upon arrival or is not exactly as ordered,
call 1-800-874-8390 within 48 hours.
- If you are
not completely satisfied with any of our Products for any reason, you can return
them in their original condition with the original
packaging materials,
paperwork and accessories, (ie:sunglass case & cloth).
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for each
item returned for refund. You will be responsible for shipping charges on
items returned or exchanged to and from Ultimate Shades.

exchange or refund you have within 30 days upon receiving the product to send it

directly for warranty service. We are not responsible for any extra
charges incurred by the manufacturer.

Please allow 10-14 business days for your
credit to be processed. Every credit card company has different posting cycles,
please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Non-Acceptable Returns are listed below:
- Manufacturer close-out specials or items that have been discontinued by the
manufacturer.
- Items with any type of writing on the packaging.
- Items which show signs of abuse or mishandling.
- Items returned without original packaging.

Ultimate Shades makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If
there is a problem with your order you will receive an email stating more details within one business day. Items shipped by UPS Ground may
take longer, depending on your location. Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process.
International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks since we ship them via US
Mail. We are not responsible for any additional fee's such as custom
